Refunds

• Within 24 Hours: Full refunds will be granted for any order canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Paper Items: Paper items may be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of the order date. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Canvas and Ceramic Items: No refunds or returns on canvas or ceramic products after 24 hours post purchase

• Custom Orders: No refunds or returns on canvas or ceramic products after 24 hours post purchase​​

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time other than for items damaged in transit. If you would like to replace an item, please return your purchase according to the policy above and place a new order.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged merchandise

​​If the item you receive is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and do not throw away any of the packaging until after you receive a refund or confirmation of exchange.

You will need to provide:

• Photos of the outside of the packaging from 2 angles including any external damage

• Photos of the inside the box including the original packaging

• Photo of the damaged item
